This is a free to download Border Collie.
You may sell designs, litters or adoptables from this .psd for all currency (virtual or real!).
Members of the DARPG may use this for RNG entries if the host permits!
Small edits are allowed, but please do not chop of limbs or ears or anything like that.

There are separate layers for colour, nose&eye colour, and shading.
It's CS, PSE, GIMP and SAI friendly. It is not paint friendly.
